Renowned economist, Alhaji Ahmad Idris Ajiyan Hausa, Matawallen of European Countries, has reaffirmed his commitment to promoting education and knowledge sharing as key drivers of societal development. The event having today 1th January 2026 at Unguwar daneji Kano.

Alhaji Ahmad Idris made this known during an award ceremony organized by the Daneji Community Development Committee, held to honor youths from the community who have attained advanced academic qualifications and are contributing positively to society.

Speaking at the event, Ajiyan Hausa emphasized that knowledge is a divine gift that must be shared, not hoarded. He urged professionals across various fields to mentor younger generations and ensure the continuity of knowledge and skills for sustainable community growth.

He stressed that education should go beyond personal advancement and be used to uplift society at large, describing the act of teaching and mentoring as a form of continuous charity.
In his remarks, Alhaji Ali Sa’ad expressed deep appreciation to Ajiyan Hausa for his consistent support for education and community development. He described Ajiyan Hausa’s contributions as far-reaching, benefiting not only the Daneji community but the entire Kano metropolis and the Hausa society at large.

Earlier in his address, Ajiyan Hausa also advised youths to focus on acquiring practical and beneficial education capable of solving real societal problems and driving development.
The event honored several youths from Daneji community who have attained qualifications up to PhD level. It was attended by prominent personalities, including Professor Abdallah Uba Adamu, Engineer Rufa’i Kuliya, and other notable community leaders.
